This graph, courtesy of @Thegeektwins on Twitter, shows that while Marvel Studios owns the overwhelming majority of the characters for use in feature films, the graph shows the numerous characters under the Sony Pictures umbrella that are exclusively owned by that respective studio. Now that the Marvel Studios/Sony Pictures deal is currently over, that leaves all of the characters tied into the lore of Spider-Man exempt from usage under Marvel Studios.

Interestingly, both Sony Pictures and Netflix share the rights to Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, who is prominently featured in both Daredevil and Spider-Man comics. Vincent D’Onofrio portrayed the villain in Netflix’s now-cancelled Daredevil series and Liev Schrieber voiced the character as the primary antagonist of the acclaimed animated film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
Sony Pictures currently retains all the rights to future Marvel films set within the canon of Spider-Man, including the films starring Tom Holland despite being first introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Captain America: Civil War. For the time being, Tom Holland will remain with Sony for new Spider-Man films with the absence of Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige, whom previously produced Homecoming and Far From Home.
Tom Holland recently shared that despite the divorce between Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios, he will still be playing Spider-Man even if the established canon of the MCU cannot be acknowledged.
