Matt Reeves has the most secretive film in DC’s roster and now we may have a little insight into who could be Batman. In a recent newsletter, THR states that Matt Reeves is said to be looking for an actor in his late 20’s to play the Caped Crusader.
After Ben Affleck’s departure was finally confirmed, speculation ran rampant on who will be portray the young dark knight in Matt Reeves’ upcoming film. Names like Armie Hammer, Rami Malek, Kit Harrington, and others have been floated around by fans.

The DCEU continues with Shazam! on April 5, 2019,Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), on February 7, 2020, and Wonder Woman 1984 on June 5, 2020. A standalone Joker film set outside of the DC Films universe starring Joaquin Phoenix as the Clown Prince of Crime is also set to hit theaters October 4, 2019.
