Matt Reeves, director of DC's 'The Batman,' shares an update on the status of the film's production and where he's at right now with writing the script.
In a recent interview with The Q & A Podcast, Matt Reeves shared this update on where he’s at right now with the script for The Batman:
“…I am outlining; I have the story worked out and I am outlining.”
As Matt Reeves continues to work on the story and prepare for directing The Batman, we still don’t know for sure whether Justice League star Ben Affleck will be back in the cowl for a third time or if this standalone film will mark the debut of a brand new Dark Knight. Rumors have linked actors such as Jake Gyllenhaal and Jon Hamm to the role, but no official word yet as to the likelihood on either of those castings happening.
