Michael Bay's upcoming film 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi will tell the story of real life heroes who defied orders and did what was right.
Michael Bay, as noted in this featurette, has a long history with the military, often featuring veterans in his films. He honors the commitment and sacrifices that we (yes, I am the staff’s resident veteran) make. It is personally wonderful to see a Hollywood director such as Michael Bay strive to show in detail the decisions we make, the choices we face, and the scars those choices leave behind. I doubt he is reading this, but personally, from the bottom of my heart, thank you Mr. Bay. You’re care for the military community does not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
Without further ado, check out the featurette with Michael Bay below!
I am so very excited for this movie for personal reasons.I hope that you are as well. Our community is made up of fans who love heroic tales – this is one of them in it’s purest form. While we eagerly anticipate the cinematic adventures of our favorite costumed heroes, it is important to recognize the ones that don’t wear a cape, and perform real-life heroic tasks as part of their “day at the office”.
