We’ve seen our fair share of fan artwork by several artists in Heroic Hollywood. Almost every day we find fan imagined versions of actors and actresses as our favorites superheroes or villains and share it with you because we all like to dream about the possibilities that Hollywood may never offer.
That being said, this time our fan imagined artwork comes from a five dollar bill. That’s right. Abraham Lincoln was Ricked out and transformed into Andrew Lincoln by someone and somehow ended up in Reddit. The unsung artist drew Grimes’ beard, his Colt Python and some walkers to tag along and it’s actually good!:
Fans may be missing Andrew Lincoln already after he left the show unceremoniously some weeks ago in a helicopter. AMC got him out of the series because they’re planning a series of films involving Rick Grimes and the first one is set to release this year. The series producer Scott Gimple actually spoke about how Grimes will carry on in the movies:
“These films are going to be big evolutions of what we’ve been doing on the show, with the scope and scale of features. We’re starting with the first part of the continuing story of Rick Grimes, and there is much more on the way, featuring yet-unseen worlds of The Walking Dead and faces from the show’s past, as well as new characters we hope to become favorites, told by TWD veterans and emerging voices. We want to break new ground with different, distinct stories, all part of the same world that’s captured our imagination for nearly a decade of the Dead.”
What do you think of this Andrew Lincoln inspired masterpiece? What kinds of stories would you like to see Rick Grimes in if Andrew Lincoln returns to The Walking Dead? Comment below!
As soon as we know more of Rick Grimes’ fate in The Walking Dead universe we’ll let you know, so stay tuned for more at Heroic Hollywood!
