New Image From ‘Logan’ Warns Away Trespassers

The last in the trilogy of Wolverine films, Logan seems far away, but now that we’re getting lots of new information about the film, the excitement is back.

We’ve gotten our first look at Patrick Stewart’s Professor Xavier, our first promo image, and now Hugh Jackman has released a new teaser image via the Weapon X Instagram account.

The sign, looking more than a little worn down, is clearly warning people away. The picture depicts a creepy, forsaken place that would most likely scare away any trespassers looking to get inside.

It’s safe to assume that this is the entrance, or some part of the Weapon X facility. The facility is essentially where a lot of terrible experimentation goes on. It’s where Logan was when he was given his adamantium claws. It’s also where X-23, Wolverine’s female clone, was created. Spooky.

The third in the series about the gruff and fast-healing mutant will be Hugh Jackman’s final appearance as Logan. After debuting in Bryan Singer’s X-Men in 2000, Jackman is the only actor to have appeared as the same character in all of the franchise’s films as well as in his own spinoff franchise.

Logan hits theaters March 3, 2017.
