New Image Shows Off The ‘Shazam!’ Family From The DC Film

A new image posted on Reddit showcases the Shazam! family in the next DC Film.

Shazam! may not be one of the most anticipated films of 2019, but it’s definitely getting hyped up on Reddit. A fan recently uploaded a photograph of the Shazam! family all together. The photo features Asher Angel, Grace Fulton, Jack Dylan Grazer, Faithe Herman, Ian Chen and Jovan Armand. It is heavily rumored that the super-powered version of the Shazam! family will be in the movie and this is just a taste of them together. You can check out the image below.

A new trailer trailer for the New Line and DC Film is reportedly coming later this month. As revealed by Daniel Richtman‏, a writer for SuperBroMovies and a reliable source of information regarding these kind of things, Shazam! fans can expect to see a new trailer for the hero’s highly-anticipated big screen solo adventure on January 19, 2019. Shazam! star Zachary Levi teased the trailer last month while revealing a poster for the upcoming movie, featuring himself in full costume.

Directed by David F. Sandberg, Shazam! stars Zachary Levi, Mark Strong, Asher Angel, Jack Dylan Grazer, Grace Fulton, Ian Chen, Jovan Armand, Faithe Herman, Cooper Andrews, Marta Milans and Djimon Hounsou. Here’s the film’s synopsis:

We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s (Angel) case, by shouting out one word—SHAZAM!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam (Levi), courtesy of an ancient wizard. Still a kid at heart—inside a ripped, godlike body—Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray vision? Can he shoot lightning out of his hands? Can he skip his social studies test? Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child. But he’ll need to master these powers quickly in order to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana (Strong).
