John Wick reminded audiences everywhere never to mess with man’s best friend. Thankfully, at the end of the action-packed film, Wick (Keanu Reeves) was given a brand new pit bull puppy and the two seemed to live happily ever after. When a sequel was announced, we couldn’t help but wonder would the dog survive?
Lionsgate has just released a brand new image from John Wick: Chapter 2 and the picture features Wick walking alongside his pit bull on the Brooklyn Bridge.
Another new image also was released earlier today.
Lionsgate has also revealed that they will be bringing the film to New York Comic Con next month. This panel will include appearances by the stars and the filmmakers behind the project, as well as never-before-seen footage from the movie.
Keanu Reeves returns in the sequel to the 2014 hit as legendary hitman John Wick who is forced to back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins’ guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world’s deadliest killers.
Directed by Chad Stahelski, John Wick: Chapter Two stars Keanu Reeves, Common, Ian McShane, John Leguizamo, Lance Reddick, Laurence Fishburne, Ruby Rose, Peter Stormare, Riccardo Scamarcio, David Patrick Kelly and Bridget Moynahan.
John Wick: Chapter Two opens in theaters on February 10, 2016.
