New ‘Power Rangers’ Image Released Ahead Of NYCC Panel

A new image from Saban’s “Power Rangers” has been released in an exclusive from We So Nerdy. The exclusive comes a day before Lionsgate holds a New York Comic-Con panel, with the cast and crew in attendance, tomorrow at 2 p.m. EST. Attendees of the panel will be able to ask the stars and creators of “Power Rangers” questions and watch new footage. Those who can’t attend the panel in person will be able to watch it live on Twitch.

Here is We So Nerdy’s description of the photo:

“In the photo still (below) you can see  Kimberly Hart/Pink Ranger (Naomi Scott) Trini Kwan/Yellow Ranger (Becky G), Billy Cranston/Blue Ranger (RJ Cyler), Jason Lee Scott/Red Ranger (Dacre Montgomery), and Zack Taylor/Black Ranger (Ludi Lin) approaching a large rock/mountain. This might actually take place before the five become Rangers.”

“Power Rangers” will be directed by Dean Israelite and will star Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Banks, Bill Hader, Naomi Scott, Becky G, RJ Cyler, Dacre Montgomery and Ludi Lin. The movie is slated for a March 2017 release:
