Ahead of its second trailer, a new poster for Valerian has dropped and Luc Besson comments on the importance the color of the poster has.
“There’s always a dominant color in my films, The Professional was brown, The Fifth Element was orange, Valerian is blue ice.”
He also noted that he was surprised when he saw the poster because he wasn’t apart of the creation process.
“I didn’t participate in the creation of the poster. I wanted to stay fresh and react as a moviegoer seeing it for the first time. This poster was the most striking to me and the whole team was in agreement.”
You can check out the full poster and the first trailer below.
