Norman Reedus Would Be Down To Star In A ‘Ghost Rider’ Reboot

While the rights for the character have reverted back to Marvel, there’s been no word outside of rumors regarding plans to use Ghost Rider moving forward. However, if Marvel does indeed decide to bring The Spirit Of Vengeance to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, there’s one actor who is already totally down to hop on his bike and lead the franchise.

When Uproxx asked Norman Reedus, who you might know best from a little show called The Walking Dead, if he’d be game for the role if Marvel Studios gave him a call, the actor enthusiastically replied with the following.

“Hell yeah. It would be a blast. Do I get a skull face that’s on fire and all that stuff? Fuck yeah. I’m down.”

This wouldn’t be Reedus first time dipping into the comic book movie world as he previously played the character ‘Scud’ in Blade II back in 2002. Now if Marvel does indeed have plans for the character, that’s the main question at hand currently. But at least we know someone out there who is down to unleash the Penance Stare as Johnny Blaze or Danny Ketch if Marvel came calling. Would you be up for a Ghost Rider reboot starring Reedus? Sound off with your thoughts in the comments section below.
