A Reddit user recently shared an awesome fan-made poster of Nova, imagining how the fan-favorite character could look like in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Below is an image of the poster shared by spideyvegas.
As you can see the Nova poster is sharing similarities to recent Captain Marvel images. The style of the background seems to be about the same with red being present a lot in the image. It looks quite amazing with an intergalactic feel to it. In the back of the image, behind the character, you can spot what seems to be a spacecraft with a similar look to that of the Milano that the Guardians of the Galaxy famously travel in.
If you look at Nova himself, the hero seems to have a space cowboy vibe coming from the image. The armor around the character has the same characteristics as the Nova Corps armor that was last seen in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. The armor can be spotted in many scenes from the movie , primarily when Peter Quill has a couple of run- ins with John C. Reilly’s character, Corpsman Dey.
Another interesting feature from the poster is the helmet the hero is wearing. The helmet has a very similar look to that of his iconic comic book look. The lighting of the character seems to primarily be red, but it blends in with the look really well which makes him look more threatening to foes that may want to face-off with him.
The poster overall is incredible with lots of detail put into it. It is great that the creator used a similar design to the Nova Corps uniform from previous Marvel films. This helps have the hero in the poster more established within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Now only fans could imagine what the character could look like if he were to stand side by side with the beloved heroes we now see in the big screen.
