Odin’s Fake Infinity Gauntlet Explained In New Marvel Fan Theory

Odin’s fake Infinity Gauntlet seen in previous Marvel films attempts to get explained in a new fan theory that has surfaced online.

Fans remember in the first Thor film seeing the infamous gauntlet for a brief moment in the background of the mighty god’s vault. Later it was seen again in the post-credit scenes of Age of Ultron being taken out of a different place by the Mad Titan Thanos. this prompted some viewers to dispute the two being the same and this was confirmed by Hela in Thor: Ragnarok when the daughter of Odin pushed it over like it was nothing. Now a new fan theory suggests why the item in Odin’s vault was a fake. You can check out the post below.

Given Odin’s character, this theory seems pretty legit. He did not take down the mural of his conquests, he just had one put over it, probably doing the same thing as the fake gauntlet, having it serve as a reminder. This is very interesting and maybe fans will get some more answers on this when Avengers 4 finally releases next year.

A culmination of 22 interconnected films the fourth installment of the Avengers saga will draw audiences to witness the turning point of this epic journey. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers 4 is expected to star Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Josh Brolin and Chris Pratt.

Avengers 4 is scheduled to be released in theaters on May 3, 2019.
