Oscars 2019: Disney’s Alan Horn & Bob Iger Shooed Away By Fire Marshal

Disney’s Alan Horn & Bob Iger were interupted during interviews on the Oscars red carpet by a persistent fire marshal.

Disney has a number of films up for awards at tonights Oscars, mainly the Marvel action film Black Panther and the long-awaited sequel Mary Poppins Returns. Unfortunately, tonight hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing for Disney’s Bob Iger and Alan Horn.

The two industry icons were busy giving interviews on the red carpet tonight prior to the Oscars ceremony before being swiftly interupted. Alan Horn and Bob Iger are also at the Oscars tonight to represent other nominees such as the box office smash sequel Incredibles 2, as well as fellow box office smash and superhero team-up film Avengers: Infinity War. Although Pixar is known for sweeping the Oscars each year when it comes to the award for Best Animated Feature, they haven’t won every year but they’ve earnred the award an impressive number of times. This year, many fans are expecing the Best Animated Feature award to go to either Incredibles 2 or the current-front runner, Sony’s critcally-aclaimed Marvel film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
