‘Peter Parker’ & ‘Spider-Man’ Have A Good Amount Of Screentime In ‘Captain America: Civil War’

Were you worried that ‘Spider-Man’ might just be somewhat of an extended cameo in Captain America: Civil War? Well, this news should ease your possible concern if so. Reactions from screenings of the film made their way online last night and inculded among those were some details regarding just how much time Peter Parker and his alter ego appear on screen in the highly-anticipated Marvel Studios release.

It seems that the character will have a very significant role in the film rather than the rumored “little more than a cameo” that was circulating around a bit back.

There’s a lot of talk about ‘Spider-Man’ stealing the show in the film and despite your feelings on them rebooting the character, this should likely get you excited about seeing him finally join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is definitely something very important when it comes to relaunching the character with the general audience. Sound off with your thoughts on the above in the comments section below.

Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

Get ready to choose your side when Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6, 2016.
