‘The Mandalorian’: Pop Insider Cover Debuts Hasbro’s Baby Yoda Figure

The Pop Insider has debuted the first look at Hasbro’s Baby Yoda figure from The Mandalorian on its front cover.

Ever since Baby Yoda was revealed on The Mandalorian, Star Wars fans have been obsessed with the charming character. And it wasn’t long until the demand for Baby Yoda toys and merchandise clearly caught Disney’s eye. But now the first look at the Baby Yoda figure from The Mandalorian has been revealed thanks to The Pop Insider.

The Pop Insider revealed that Baby Yoda is on the cover of their winter issue alongside The Mandalorian lead himself, Din Djarin. The cover image shows the figure of the bounty hunter playing with Baby Yoda, throwing him in the air. Interestingly the version of Din Djarin the cover uses is the one before he gets his full set of armor in The Mandalorian, so presumably there’ll be another figure for the hero. Take a look at Baby Yoda on the cover of The Pop Insider below.

Here is the official synopsis for The Mandalorian:

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.

The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Carl Weathers, Omid Abtahi, Werner Herzog, and Nick Nolte. The Star Wars series was written by Jon Favreau, who also serves as an executive producer alongside Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson. Karen Gilchrist is also on board as a co-executive producer.

Dave Filoni will direct the first episode of The Mandalorian and additional episodes will be helmed by Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi, Jurassic World star Bryce Dallas Howard, Dope director Rick Famuyiwa, and Jessica Jones director Deborah Chow.

The Mandalorian is now available exclusively on Disney Plus.
