The Irish filmmaker, who helmed an episode of The Punisher, made the comments when discussing her experiences traveling to the United States to direct:
“One other time [I directed stateside] that hasn’t been aired yet, which was an episode for the new Marvel series The Punisher, which I did just before Christmas, but it’s not airing until November.”
Fans can expect the series to premiere in November if Walsh’s information is accurate. While there has been no official word on a release date from Marvel or Netflix, the series has been expected to debut in late 2017 after The Defenders premieres in August.
The Punisher stars Jon Bernthal, Ben Barnes, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Amber Rose Revah, Deborah Ann Woll, Daniel Webber, Jason R. Moore, Paul Schulze, Jaime Ray Newman and Michael Nathanson.
