It’s tough leading a band of raging psychopaths but that’s the job Rick Flag was given by Amanda Waller for the Suicide Squad. The eponymous movie is right around the corner and the press machine is in full swing, with colorful posters, character videos and new TV spots and clips popping up left and right. Here, we have one courtesy of IMDb focused on the government agents responsible for the ragtag group of supervillains, team overlord Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) and team leader Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman).
In the clip, Rick is (rightly) concerned about his role as the responsible adult among a bunch of murderous children but Waller shows why she’s the one in charge, and not Rick, with epic lines like “I am your consequence.” Wanna know why a normal woman is the one who controls a bunch of egos-matched-with-superpowers? Here it is.
