Robert Pattinson Shows Off His ‘The Batman’ Body During Training

The Batman star Robert Pattinson is staying in shape while the highly-anticipated superhero movie remains on hiatus.

Back in March, The Batman and a number of other upcoming Warner Bros. movies were forced to halt production due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis. While The Batman was given the green light to restart filming in the United Kingdom nearly two weeks ago, Warner Bros. has yet to yet to resume production on the movie. However, Robert Pattinson hasn’t stopped training for the project.

Earlier this week, The Batman star Robert Pattinson was spotted out on a jog with his girlfriend Suki Waterhouse. Based on the photos, it’s clear that Pattinson is still in top shape for his role as the Caped Crusader. You can check them out below.

Full plot details on The Batman are being kept under wraps, but we know that the film will center around a younger Bruce Wayne and features a Rogues’ Gallery of villains that includes Catwoman, The Penguin, and The Riddler. Following the Dark Knight during his formative years as Gotham City’s protector, The Batman will also make use of the hero’s detective skills to a greater extent than previous live-action adaptations. It is expected to be the first chapter in a new trilogy with Robert Pattinson as Batman.

Directed by Matt Reeves from a script he co-wrote with Mattson Tomlin, The Batman stars Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gil Colson, Jayme Lawson as Bella Reál, with Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, and Colin Farrell as the Penguin.
