Arrow will be going into its 5th season this year, as well as its 100th episode which will be the eighth episode of the new season. That episode will also be part of the 4-show crossover between The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and Arrow. Marc Guggenheim, show-runner and executive producer, released a photo today on his Twitter, featuring several actors for the 100th episode table read, and there is someone in that photo that we haven’t seen in a long time.
Robert Queen, played by Jamey Sheridan, is somehow going to be in the 100th episode and if you look at Guggenheim’s caption, “No Flashpoint. No flashbacks”, it makes his presence even more mysterious. The character took his own life in the pilot back in 2012 as he sacrificed himself for Oliver. Could he be appearing as a ghost perhaps? Or might this be Robert Queen from Earth-2, who in that world is the Green Arrow Only time will tell and it remains to be seen whether the actor will be appearing in the other crossover episodes for the 4-show event this fall.
Arrow Season 5 will begin on Wednesday, October 5 at 8/7c on The CW.
