RUMOR: Rocket & Groot Series May Be Coming To Disney+

Everyone’s favorite tree and raccoon duo Rocket and Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy series of Marvel Cinematic Universe films may be getting their very own television show on Disney+ in the future according to That Hashtag Show. As of right now, this is only a rumor, but if this does end up being confirmed, it should not come as a big surprise.

Marvel has already confirmed that a Falcon and Bucky Barnes show will be coming to the newly introduced service, as well as Loki. These shows will give fans of the beloved characters a new look at their stories and will further expand upon their various adventures and antics.

If this show does end up becoming a reality, viewers will be in for a treat, as dozens of fans adore the two heroes, and are often claimed some of the best heroes on the team. Recently, the pair made an appearance in the gigantic blockbuster film Avengers: Infinity War released back in May. The film is currently the highest grossing film of the entire year, earning a whopping $2 billion. Both Rocket and Groot are expected to return in next year’s Avengers 4.

Avengers: Infinity War is now available on Digital HD, Blu-ray, and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the films is expected to star Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Paul Rudd, Jeremy Renner, Brie Larson, Josh Brolin and Chris Pratt.

A culmination of 22 interconnected films the fourth installment of the mega Marvel mashup saga will draw audiences to witness the turning point of this epic journey. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it.

Avengers 4 is scheduled to be released in theaters on May 3, 2019.
