Bradley Cooper has been voicing Rocket Raccoon since the character’s first Marvel Cinematic Universe appearance in 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Rocket Raccoon quickly became a fan-favorite character, accompanied by his lovable sidekick Groot (Vin Diesel). The duo has since appeared in 2017’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2 and Avengers: Infinity War. Bradley Cooper’s beloved MCU character will next be seen on a quest to avenge his fallen comrade Groot in this month’s Avengers: Endgame.
Unfortunatley, Groot wasn’t the only Guardians of the Galaxy character to die in Avengers: Infinity War. Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax (Dave Bautista), and Mantis (Pom Klementieff) also fell victim to Thanos’ snap, unbeknownst to Rocket Raccoon.
A new Avengers: Endgame theory has appeared on Reddit from username iMacDonald88 and teases the inevitable moment in which Bradley Cooper’s character will learn about the deaths of his fellow Guardians. Check out the emotional theory in the post below.
Avengers: Infinity War featured the Guardians splitting up at a certain point. Bradley Cooper’s Rocket Raccoon went with Groot and Thor to forge Stormbreaker, while the rest of the crew eventually met up with Iron Man, Spider-Man, and Doctor Strange to battle Thanos. Nebula (Karen Gillan) is the only other Guardians member left alive going into Avengers: Endgame.
