First Trailer For ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ Debuts

It feels like just yesterday that we took a trip to a galaxy far, far away and while we will have to wait to continue to started in The Force Awakens, we won’t have to wait too long to return to the galaxy. The first official teaser trailer for the Gareth Edwards directed Rogue One: A Star Wars Story has just hit. This is the first of the upcoming Star Wars spin-off films which jumps back nearly 40 years in time to tell the story of the Rebel operation hintg at briefly in Episode IV: A New Hope.

The film, which I’ve had described to me as a “dark spy film set in the Star Wars universe” for quite some time now, looks fantastic and that’s definitely one of the best trailers I’ve see this year. Been a fan of Edwards since Monsters and I am definitely very excited to see what he brings to the Star Wars universe. What about you?
