With Rogue One hitting home media soon, a Reddit user has found images of Princess Leia prior to her being altered via CGI.
Rogue One hits home media on April 4th and with that, we’re expecting a plethora of behind-the-scenes footage to show us the making of the film. One featurette highlights the process behind creating Leia and you can check out the images by clicking the links below.
In the film, Princess Leia was played by Norwegian actress Ingvild Deila, who previously had a small role in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Archival audio of Carrie Fisher was used to recreate the final words of the film, “Hope.” Gran Moff Tarkin’s role was portrayed and voiced by Guy Henry, who previously starred in Harry Potter and the Death Hallows – Part 1 and 2.
Directed by Gareth Edwards, the film stars Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Jiang Wen, Donnie Yen, and Riz Ahmed.
Rogue One hits home media on April 4th and is currently on Digital HD.
