Out of the few fan castings thrown out there, Ronda Rousey is probably the only one who actually won’t need to work hard to rock the physique one expects from She-Hulk. Plus, there won’t be any need for fight training for Ronda Rousey or stuntdoubles considering she’s one of the most prominent mixed martial fighters in the game. At this stage, no one has been cast as She-Hulk, though the wheels are turning for the Disney Plus series as the project just found its lead writer.

In the comics, She-Hulk is the alter-ego of Jennifer Walters, a private attorney and the cousin of Bruce Banner. After being shot, Jennifer Walters receives a blood transfusion from Bruce that transforms her into the gamma-powered She-Hulk. However, unlike most incarnations of Bruce Banner’s Hulk, Jennifer Walters retains her sharp wit and emotional control in her She-Hulk form, which later becomes permanent.

Marvel Studios’ upcoming slate of films includes Black Widow, The Eternals, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and Thor: Love and Thunder.
