Plot details remain under wraps but this year’s Arrowverse crossover event will feature the introduction of Batwoman (Rose) when Green Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl visit Gotham City after learning about the machinations of an Arkham Asylum doctor across the episodes.
Rose was revealed over summer to have been cast in the role of Kate Kane aka Batwoman, an out lesbian and highly trained street fighter primed to snuff out the Gotham’s criminal resurgence. The actress will be the first openly gay superhero to lead a live-action series. The first official look at Rose suited up was revealed earlier this month but this is the first we’ve seen of her on set filming for the crossover. Check it out below!
The Elseworlds crossover event will also feature the introduction of Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane along with the return of Tyler Hoechlin’s Superman who previously made his debut on Supergirl.
The 2018 Arrowverse crossover starts with a special episode of The Flash on Sunday, December 9 and continues with Arrow on Monday, December 10. The three-night event concludes with Supergirl on Tuesday, December 11. All three entries will air at 8:00 p.m. ET on their respective nights.
