During a recent interview, Samuel L. Jackson was promoting his latest film, Glass where he plays one of the main antagonists. He was asked, however, if he would be interested in returning to the Star Wars universe. He responded by saying that all Lucasfilm had to do was call:
I’m that guy. All they got to do is call.

From the sound of things, Samuel L. Jackson’s days with major blockbusters are far from over.
The actor, of course, played Jedi Master Mace Windu in the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy. One of the highest ranking members of the order, Windu was able to defeat Darth Sidious in a lightsaber battle but was ultimately betrayed by Anakin Skywalker. This allowed Sidious to unleash a bolt of Force Lightning at the Jedi Master, sending him flying out of a building to his death. But from the sound of things, Samuel L. Jackson is willing to return to the role if offered the chance.
