‘The Falcon And The Winter Soldier’: Official Concept Art Reveals Sebastian Stan’s New Look

A Disney plus special has revelaed the official concept art of Sebastian Stan’s new look for Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Marvel Studios’ line-up of original shows for Disney Plus will kick off with a series centered on Anthony Mackie’s Falcon and Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier. While the series is still in the early days of production, Disney Plus released a special titled Expanding the Universe that offers a new look at The Falcon and Winter Soldier and the rest of the upcoming Marvel Studios shows.

Included in the Expanding the Universe special was a preview of Sebastian’s new look for Bucky Barnes in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier through official concept art. As fans can see, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will find Sebastian Stan losing the beard and long hair while gaining a slick new outfit.

Set after the events of Avengers: Endgame, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is rumored to center on Sam Wilson and Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Barnes as the former finds himself facing resistance from the United States government and its opposition to him taking on the Captain America mantle.

Directed by Kari Skogland from scripts written by showrunner Malcolm Spellman and Derek Kolstad, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson / Falcon, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes / The Winter Soldier, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, Daniel Brühl as Baron Helmut Zemo, and Wyatt Russell as John Walker / U.S. Agent.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will debut on Disney Plus in late 2020.
