Sebastian Stan Says Winter Soldier’s New Vibranium Arm Has Some Hidden Features

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier star Sebastian Stan says Bucky’s vibranium arm from Wakanda has some hidden features.

Sebastian Stan is set to return as the Winter Soldier in the upcoming Disney Plus series, which started filming today. Sebastian Stan was last seen in both Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame. In those films, Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier sported a new vibranium arm from his time in Wakanda.

Winter Soldier lost his old vibranium arm back in Captain America: Civil War, when Iron Man ripped it off during the final battle. This has led to the new arm Sebastian Stan sports in the final two Avengers films. Sebastian Stan revealed over the weekend at Houston’s  Fandemic Tour that his new Winter Soldier arm has some cool features that we haven’t seen yet:

“The one from Wakanda has a couple more features that we haven’t explored yet. So I think I like that one, but I miss the old star. I do. There was something about that. I don’t know, maybe I’ll have to get it back.”

Do you think Winter Soldier will get his red star vibranium arm back in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier? Sound off in the comments below!

Sebastian Stan will reprise his role as the Winter Soldier in Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Set after the events of Avengers: Endgame, the series is rumored to center on Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes as the former finds himself facing resistance from the United States government and its opposition to him taking on the Captain America mantle.

Directed by Kari Skogland from scripts written by showrunner Malcolm Spellman and Derek Kolstad, The Falcon and Winter Soldier stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson / Falcon, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes / The Winter Soldier, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, Daniel Brühl as Baron Helmut Zemo, and Wyatt Russell as John Walker / U.S. Agent.

The Falcon and Winter Soldier will debut on Disney Plus in late 2020. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding Anthony Mackie and the series!
