The popular Fox series Gotham has really hit a stride with this latest season, giving fans an origin to Cameron Monaghan’s Joker and next is the reveal of Bruce’s future adversary Bane (Shane West), who fans briefly saw don this show’s version of the villain’s costume a couple episodes back.
Shane West’s Bane has been a subject of controversy because of his look, but that’s not unusual for any character that differs even a tiny bit from the source material. Fox has finally released the episode synopsis teasing the villain’s Gotham return in “I Am Bane”, which fans can check out below.
“On the precipice of Gotham’s reunification, Gordon and Bruce find themselves face-to-face with a newly transformed Eduardo, and discover the real mastermind behind the city’s current chaos. Meanwhile, a pregnant Barbara turns to Lee for help in the all-new “I Am Bane” episode of GOTHAM airing Thursday, March 21 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GTH-508) (TV-14 L, V)”
