‘Shazam!’ Star Jovan Armand Shares Behind-The-Scenes Look At The Marvel Family

Shazam! star Jovan Armand recently took to Twitter to share a behind-the-scenes look at the film’s Marvel family.

The Shazam! movie was a big hit with both critics and audiences, with many people praising the upbeat and fun direction the film took. One aspect many people enjoyed about Shazam! was the film’s message about family.  The main focus of the movie was to tell a superhero tale but it also had a strong message about the importance of family. It seems that while the cast of the film played a family on screen, they also became one behind-the-scenes.

Shazam! actor Jovan Armand, who plays Pedro Pena in the film, took to Twitter to post a throwback picture featuring the Marvel family. You can check out the photo below.

It seems that even when the camera isn’t rolling, actor Jovan Armand believes the Marvel Family is just as strong. While it is good to see that the actors care about each other as much as they did on screen, Armand’s photo gives hope that we will potentially see the Marvel family again in the future.

A Shazam! sequel is currently in development with original writer Henry Gayden writing the script. While nothing has been confirmed, many are hoping to see the Marvel Family come together again for Shazam’s next cinematic solo outing. What did you think of the Marvel Family? Here is the official synopsis for Shazam!:

We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s (Angel) case, by shouting out one word—SHAZAM!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam (Levi), courtesy of an ancient wizard. Still a kid at heart—inside a ripped, godlike body—Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray vision? Can he shoot lightning out of his hands? Can he skip his social studies test? Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child. But he’ll need to master these powers quickly in order to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana (Strong).
