‘Wonder Woman’: Six Flags To Debut A New Roller Coaster In 2018

Six Flags theme park will be opening a new Wonder Woman roller coaster in 2018, according to USA Today. The ride itself, which is a single-track roller coaster, will be called the Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster and is being built at the Six Flag Texas location.

Larry Chickola, vice president of Six Flags, says that the ride is “extremely quick twists and turns – quicker and smoother than regular coasters.” The ride will have a one hundred-foot drop at a ninety degree angle.

Wonder Woman’s sequel has been announced for 2019. Before then, we’ll be seeing the superhero in this November’s Justice League and may possibly be making an appearance in the solo The Flash movie.
