The band Smash Mouth, whose song I’m a Believer was stuck in the head of Shrek fans for years after the film released, recently shared their reaction to the news that Universal is rebooting its beloved animated franchises of Shrek and Puss in Boots. Their response was more of a question than a full-fledged statement. And it is hard to determine whether it’s confusion they are expressing or if it is excitement.
