‘Sonic The Hedgehog’ Film Adds Lee Majdoub To The Cast

Paramount Pictures’ upcoming live-action adaptation of the iconic Sega video game series Sonic the Hedgehog has added another actor into its cast. Actor Lee Majdoub will be joining Jim Carrey, James Marsden, Tika Sumpter and Ben Schwartz as the voice of Sonic.

Sonic the Hedgehog will center on the titular video game icon as well as his friends that include Tails and Knuckles. As they venture on to collect items and gain more points, they attempt to thwart the plans of a global domination by the evil Robotnik aka Dr. Eggman (Jim Carrey).

Majdoub will be playing Agent Stone, who works alongside Dr. Eggman.

Set photos for the upcoming film recently emerged, giving Sonic the Hedgehog fans a hint at what the film is going to be looking like.

Jeff Fowler is set to direct the film from a script by Pat Casey and Josh Millers. Neal H. Moritz will serve as producer while Tim Miller and Toby Ascher serve as Executive Producers.
