A Twitter user named Write Name Here found an image from the film, which shows the hotel that Peter and his friends will be staying in during their vacation. The name of that hotel happens to be “Hotel De Matteis”: this is a reference to longtime Spider-Man comics writer J.M. DeMatteis, with one of his most famous stories being Kraven’s Last Hunt. It’s always nice when creators get their due credit. Could this be foreboding of a Kraven appearance sometime in the future? Fingers crossed.
