‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Gets An Illustrated Poster From Mondo

Spider-Man: Homecoming has just received an illustrated poster highlighting Peter Parker's Spider-Sense and his battles against the Vulture.

The highly-anticipated Spider-Man: Homecoming will be getting a Cinemark-exclusive poster that those who see the movie in RealD 3D or Cinemark XD can grab while supplies last.

Sony Pictures took to Twitter to share an image of a limited-edition Spider-Man: Homecoming poster, courtesy of Mondo, that features a Spider-Sense inspired image that shows Peter Parker both in and out of costume as he traverses the streets of New York City and battles with the Vulture in the air.

The posters used to promote Spider-Man: Homecoming have gone through the gauntlet of promotional designs, including the infamous mess of photoshop that was the official poster, a Suicide Squad-like poster inspired by yearbooks, and a handful of posters that take the simple route and just show Spider-Man chilling in New York with the Avengers tower in the background. This seems to take a mix of simplistic and complex by being based around both aspects of Peter’s life in a visually-inventive way.

Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theaters on July 7, 2017. The film features a cast that includes Tom Holland as Peter Parker (Spider-Man), Robert Downey Junior as Tony Stark (Iron Man), Zendaya Coleman as Michelle, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Tony Revolori as “Flash” Thompson, Laura Harrier as Liz Allan, Marisa Tomei as May Parker, Jon Favreau as Harold “Happy” Hogan, Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes (Vulture), Bokeem Woodbine as Herman Schultz (Shocker), and Michael Chernus as Phineas Mason (Tinkerer).
