The movie began production earlier this week, but the cast of Marvel and Sony’s Spider-Man: Homecoming continues to grow with the addition of Orange Is the New Black star Selenis Leyva. The actress was recently spotted filming a scene on the set of the movie in Atlanta, Georgia. You can check out an image below.
According to Marvelous Realm, she’ll be playing Peter Parker’s Physics teacher at Midtown School of Science & Technology, so it’s highly unlikely that she’s going to have a big role in the movie. The actress was joined by stars Tom Holland, Zendaya and Tony Revolori, who were spotted on the same set yesterday.
The movie will also star Robert Downey Jr., Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, Laura Harrier, Michael Barbieri, Kenneth Choi, Logan Marshall-Green, Martin Starr and many others. More set snaps will probably make their way online over the next few days since they’re filming outdoors. However, plot details are being kept under wraps, so we don’t really know what’s going on in most of these images.
