Details on Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio or even Spider-Man: Far From Home are still under wraps but, as usual, merchandise from the film is starting to show up in different places so we can have a better look at how our favorites heroes and villains will look in the film. Last week Tom Holland shared some new Spider-Man: Far From Home posters but we’ve still haven’t seen Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio in a proper fashion besides the trailer.
Well, this picture might help; it shows us Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio and gives us a better look at his fishbowl comic accurate helmet:
The Spider-Man: Far From Home trailers we’ve seen and the rumors we’ve heard about the film, tell us that Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio won’t necessarily be a foe to Tom Holland’s Peter Parker. Instead, it seems that Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio is willing to help out Spider-Man this time around. Nevertheless, it seems this altruistic nature to Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio may be misleading as he is one of the most devious and cunning villains in the Marvel Universe.
We know that Spider-Man: Far From Home takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame, so there are several questions about the film still to be answered. Like how does Spider-Man return? And how does Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio factor in to all of this?
We’ll have to wait and see what Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio has in store for us when Spider-Man: Far From Home drops later this year.
