5. Spider-Man (2003)
Sam Raimi’s first Spider-Man film was a massive success and continued to prove that superhero films could be financially successful.
This film also was a success critically as it captured the tone of the character very well and made for a fun, light-hearted fair that is still entertaining to this day. Raimi made a big, fun film that satisfied audiences and was successful enough to birth a franchise.
