‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Italy Set Photos Feature Tom Holland With Zendaya, Jacob Batalon & More

Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios’ upcoming film, Spider-Man: Far From Home is currently undergoing principal photography, and even more set photos from Italy have surfaced online. These set photos feature Peter Parker (Tom Holland) and much of his classmates including Ned (Jacob Batalon) and Michelle (Zendaya) exploring Italy together.

Other cast members featured in these photos include Martin Starr, Tony Revolori and Angourie Rice who are all reprising their roles from Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Details on the plot are currently under wraps, though the film will follow Peter Parker as he joins his friends on a summer vacation in Europe and reportedly stars Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio. Introduced in The Amazing Spider-Man #13, the most well-known incarnation of Mysterio is a special effects wizard named Quentin Beck and the character has been a frequent foe for the web-head since his debut.

Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland, Jake Gyllenhaal, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, Numan Acar, J.B. Smoove, Oli Hill, Remy Hii, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Cobie Smulders, and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.

Spider-Man: Far From Home will be released in theaters on July 5, 2019.
