LISTEN: ‘Spidey Bells’ From ‘Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse’ Song Released

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was a beautifully hilarious and heartfelt love-letter to the spirit of the webhead. One of the funneist elements of the film was the fact that at one point, Peter Parker records a Christmas album entitled A Very Spidey Christmas that includes a song that plays prominently in the end credits of the film entitled Spidey Bells. 

The song was officially released earlier today, just in time for Christmas. In particular, it is quite fun to hear Chris Pine sing a song as a disgruntled Spidey who laments that he should be doing something more than this given that he has a degree in Chemical Engineering.

A Very Spidey Christmas EP will drop on December 21, including Spidey Bells among other songs. Ring in the Christmas cheer with your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.

Directed by Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey, and Rodney Rothman with a screenplay by Phil Lord, the film features the voices of Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Mahershala Ali, Jake Johnson, Liev Schreiber, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez and Lily Tomlin.
