On the heels of Venom‘s box office success, it appears Sony’s Universe of Marvel Characters is a go. A Morbius film starring Jared Leto is next up on their slate and it was reported back in March Lee was eyeing a Nightwatch film with Sony. In an interview with Screen Rant, Lee was asked if he was still involved with a Nightwatch film and he replied with a simple, “Nah.”

Journalist Eddie Brock is trying to take down Carlton Drake, the notorious and brilliant founder of the Life Foundation. Twisted, dark and fueled by rage, Venom tries to control the new and dangerous abilities that Eddie finds so intoxicating.
Directed by Ruben Fleischer, Venom stars Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, Riz Ahmed, Scott Haze, Reid Scott, Jenny Slate, and Woody Harrelson.
Venom is currently playing in theaters.
