Stan Lee Offers Himself Up For A Cameo In A DC Movie

Stan Lee is a man of legend. Without him, the Marvel Cinematic Universe wouldn’t exist as there would be no characters to fill it with. On top of the classic Marvel Comics, his face has also become synonymous with the MCU, due to the fact he has had a cameo appearance in every Marvel Cinematic Universe movie to date – and then some.  His next conquest? DC, apparently.

Don’t expect to see Stan Lee grabbing Batman some lemonade or strolling down the sidewalk in Central City anytime soon, but at this past weekend’s Fan Expo 2016 he made it known that he would be okay with DC using him in a movie. This was all said in fun of course, and the crowd understandably went wild after he made the offer. Check out Stan Lee’s full response to the fan’s question below:

“I can’t make out what he said, but it sounded like it came from the heart. I want to do more cameos also, I’ve even let people know it doesn’t have to be a Marvel movie, I don’t know why DC hasn’t called me. They could use me!”

There you have it folks, Stan Lee officially offered himself over to the competition. I guess he just feels bad that all of DC’s movies are getting critically slammed, regardless of their fan appeal or overall entertainment quality. If you think about it, an offer like this really makes Stan Lee come off as a stand up guy. Check out the panel video:

Jack of some trades, master of some others. That saying never really made a lot of sense to me.
