Lucasfilm story group executive Pablo Hidalgo has announced he will be contributing a story to the upcoming Star Wars book Star Wars: From a Certain Point of View.

Star Wars: From a Certain Point of View is an upcoming anthology book from Lucasfilm and Del Rey that will tell the untold stories of background characters which Lucasfilm has described as the unsung weirdos, heroes, and villains from the original classic Star Wars: A New Hope.

Hidalgo teased his involvement with the story #OperationBlueMilk which was previously teased by Rogue One: A Star Wars Story screenwriter Gary Whitta. In addition to Whitta, Hidalgo joins authors such as Paul Dini, Chuck Wendig, EK Johnston and Ashley Eckstein on the book.

From a Certain Point of View will feature a total of 40 stories told by 40 different authors presenting the background perspective of characters from A New Hope ranging from X-wing pilots in the Battle of Yavin to the stormtroopers seen on Tattooine.

All authors involved have forgone compensation for the proceeds to be donated directly to First Book, a nonprofit organization that helps to provide new books, learning materials, and other essentials to educators and organizations serving children in need.

Star Wars: From a Certain Point of View hits shelves this October.
