‘Star Wars’ Prequel Memes SubReddit Goes To War With ‘Avengers: Infinity War’

The Star Wars Prequel Memes SubReddit has its eyes set on Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War.

The PrequelMemes group poked fun at the thanosdidnothingwrong group by posting a meme referring to the fact that Marvel Studios is still without an Oscar while DC’s much-maligned Suicide Squad won an Academy Award for makeup. In response, the Marvel group issued the following ‘declaration of war’:

“For too long we have allowed the members of /r/prequelmemes to assault this subreddit dedicated to the deification of our god Thanos, but they have desecrated our sacred plane for the last time. We declare war.”
