Spoilers ahead of this week’s episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars!
The Siege of Mandalore continues to deliver some of the best action and moments we’ve ever gotten in a Star Wars story. The second part of The Clone Wars‘ grand-finale also featured a major connection to Solo. Now that new Star Wars content has come out since The Clone Wars was canceled, new additions have been made in the series’ return to tie everything together. We’ve already gotten a Crimson Dawn name drop in the previous arc of the final season and now a major character from Solo made a quick appearance.
In “The Phantom Apprentice,” Maul is seen speaking to the syndicate leaders and telling them to go into hiding. The holograms include Ziton Moj, Marg Krim, and Dryden Vos, the villain in Solo who was played by Paul Bettany. This short scene sets up Crimson Dawn and Maul’s presence during the time after Revenge of the Sith.
What did you think of this week’s episode? Did you spot Dryden Vos? Sound-off in the comments section below!
