‘Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker’ Disney+ Release Date Revealed

Disney Plus recently announced that Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will arrive on the streaming service two months earlier than originally planned.

Although Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is currently available on home release, Disney Plus recently announced that the final film in the saga will be available to stream sooner than expected. The film was originally slated to arrive on the streaming service in two months time, but it’ll be available to watch on an extremely appropriate day.

A tweet confirmed that The Rise of Skywalker will be available to stream on May 4, also known as Star Wars day. There’ll be plenty of new Star Wars content to stream on Disney Plus for the occasion, with a behind-the-scenes documentary series about The Mandalorian premiering as well as the final episode of The Clone Wars. Grant, Keri Russell, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Ian McDiarmid, and Billy Dee Williams. The late Carrie Fisher appears as General Leia Organa through the use of previously unreleased footage shot for The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi.
