‘Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker’ Gets Worst Rotten Tomatoes Score Since ‘The Phantom Menace’

The Rotten Tomatoes score for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker marks it the worst rated film in the series since The Phantom Menace.

The Rise of Skywalker got the worst Rotten Tomatoes score since The Phantom Menace after the first wave of critical reactions debuted online. Fans will finally get to see the finale of the new Star Wars trilogy, but it seems like the majority of critics weren’t pleased with the film from J.J. Abrams if the Rotten Tomatoes score is to be believed.

The Rotten Tomatoes score for the film was recently revealed on Twitter, getting the Rotten rating as it gets a 56% rating. Based on 117 reviews, the Critics Consensus for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker also says the film has no imagination.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker suffers from a frustrating lack of imagination, but concludes this beloved saga with fan-focused devotion.
