The new Star Wars trilogy has been filled with cameos from notable actors and stars, but the writer behind The Rise of Skywalker managed to snag a brief appearance in the film with a cameo related to a fan-favorite character from the original trilogy. Chris Terrio voices an alien character that will have caught most fans’ eye towards the end of the film in the climactic battle.
There’s plenty of quotable moments in the Star Wars series, but “It’s a trap!” said by Admiral Ackbar, a Mon Calamari, in Return Of The Jedi cemented the character as a fan-favorite. It was recently revealed that Chris Terrio voices Admiral Ackbar’s son, Aftab Ackbar, during The Rise Of Skywalker when the Resistance take on the First Order in the finale. With J.J. Abrams also having a cameo in the film, it’ll be interesting to see if there are any other surprising appearances to be revealed.
