New Look At Steppenwolf Revealed In ‘Justice League’ Action Figure

A new image surfaced online Tuesday of Steppenwolf via an action figure for the highly-anticipated Justice League set to hit theaters Nov. 17.

Ahead of San Diego Comic-Con and a potential new look at Justice League footage in Hall H, Steppenwolf continues to become more realized by the public despite efforts to keep his looks under wraps in trailers and promotional material.

Be it through LEGO promos or various images of action figures, fans have gotten their best look at  Steppenwolf through toys and Tuesday was no different when yet another image surfaced online. You can check out the image below:

Unlike the aforementioned images of Steppenwolf, to be portrayed via motion capture by Ciaran Hinds, this one seems to have the most realistic take on the character — providing somewhat of a “concept art” vibe than the others. Perhaps once SDCC gets into full swing, fans will get treated to actual promotional material for Justice League in the form of figures/statues instead of images that pop up online from time to time.

At this point, showing Steppenwolf in any trailer Warner Bros. may have would no longer be spoiler territory as fans are expecting him and pretty much have a feel for what he looks like now.

The film stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Amber Heard as Mera, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, with Julian Lewis Jones and Michael McElhatton, among many others. Here’s the official synopsis:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League hits theaters November 17, 2017. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding the upcoming movie and Steppenwolf!
